A graduate from the University of Warsaw, English and European Law Study Centre and Deutsche Rechtsschule. A member of the Management Board of the Advisory Group of Sienna sp. z o.o., a lawyer with many years of experience in economic administration and public procurement law (as Director of the Department of Analysis and Control of the Public Procurement Office), an expert on procurement procedures financed by EU assistance funds. She participated in works on the bill – the Public Procurement Law, and setting up a system of monitoring the compliance with procedures for national and EU funds. In 2002-2005, a member of the Adjudication Committee on violations of public finance discipline at the Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. She has many years of experience in large scale construction works and in the investment process at every stage. A co-author of the Commentary on the Public Procurement Law issued by Wolters Kluwer.
