Zbigniew Milkiewicz is a graduate of the University of Maastricht, University of Szczecin and Szczecin University of Technology. He also studied at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

In the years 2006 – 2014, he managed a group of companies from the Reverse Logistics sector in Poland, and in 2013 he assumed the position of the Managing Director at Reverse Logistics in China.

In the years 2014 – 2015, he was a member of the management board at a listed company, responsible for international development. Zbigniew Milkiewicz specialises in market analysis, development on international markets as well as mergers and acquisitions of companies. He is an expert in the field of the Circular Economy.
