A graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. A legal adviser, CEO, business coach, press publisher and volunteer. An adviser to the Minister of Development on environmental protection. As a representative of the Remondis Group for 5 years, he was an adviser to the Polish Chamber of Waste Management on regulatory and legislative matters, including as an expert in the Sejm subcommittee. Since 2009, a key legal adviser of the Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. on investment and exploitation. In 2009-2016, the leading adviser in the cross-border Poland-Lithuania merger, and in 2012-2014, in the cross-border Poland-Germany merger. He advised PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. and CEŹ on wind farms and distribution within the DSO. Currently, he is engaged in analytical and research projects on new energy market instruments in Poland (e.g. for the Minister of Energy, Polish investment groups).
