For several years he managed IT and Technology Consulting teams at EY and PwC as the Managing Partner. He has 25 years of experience in conducting over 250 strategic, transformational and integration projects for Polish and international companies/corporations, including banking (Bank PKO BP, BGŻ BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, BPH Bank (GE Capital Group), Kredyt Bank (KBC group), BOŚ Bank, DemirBank Azerbaijan), insurance (PZU / PZU Życie, Warta / HDI (KBC group), AXA, Pramerica), power engineering (ENEA, JSW, Orlen, Energa), telecommunications (Orange, PTC – ERA GSM, Netia), logistics (Poczta Polska, PKP group) and the public sector (National Bank of Poland, Ministry of Finance, Social Insurance Institution, Marshal's Office of the Podlaskie Voivodship). He managed international teams of consultants and partners.
